How it works
Each love, martin piece is created through a personal, careful process. We work on a request basis to ensure that every drawing and every garment can be translated beautifully into embroidery.
The process
1. You submit a request.
You send us your drawing and the garment you would like us to work with.
2. We review your piece.
We review the suitability of the garment and artwork and consider how it can best be translated into embroidery.
If your piece is not suitable, we will let you know before anything moves forward.
3. You send us your garment
Once your request is approved, you ship your garment to us.
4. We curate the embroidery
After your piece arrives, we determine the placement, scale, and composition of the embroidery and prepare a curated proposal for your piece.
You receive our proposal for approval.
5. Production begins
After you approve the proposal, you receive your invoice. Once payment is received, your piece enters production.
6. Your finished piece is returned to you
When the embroidery is complete, we carefully prepare and ship your garment back to you.
