About love, martin
love, martin is a memory studio.
We transform children’s drawings, handwriting, and symbols into embroidered heirloom pieces — preserving small, fleeting moments in thread.
The idea
The idea behind love, martin is simple: to turn something deeply personal into something quietly lasting.
A personal process
This is not a product you select from a shelf.
Every love, martin piece is made on a request basis and reviewed individually. We look at each drawing and each garment and consider how it can be translated into embroidery in a way that stays true to its spirit.
Sometimes this means keeping every line exactly as it is.
Sometimes it means making small, careful refinements so the piece works beautifully in thread.
Each piece is curated. We determine the placement, scale, and composition and present a proposed embroidery for your approval.
Love, Martin does not offer free-form placement selection — this is part of what allows each piece to feel calm, balanced, and considered.
Nothing moves into production without your explicit approval.
Craft and care
Your piece is carefully digitized and embroidered by specialist artisan partners.
We work slowly and deliberately. These are not mass-produced items. Each piece is treated as a one-of-one.
Small variations are part of the human process — and part of what makes each piece quietly unique.
